Founder and CEO Kristen Richards started White Glove Commercial Cleaning Inc. in 1996 with a bucket and a big dream. With hard work, dedication, and a staunch commitment to quality, Kristen has grown White Glove into the success it is today.

Kristen has been acknowledged for her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership by being named as 2011 Niagara Award Entrepreneur from the YWCA.

Kristen is also a dedicated volunteer firefighter and EMT, for which she has earned many service awards. 

While she can frequently be found supervising her talented crew of technicians on site or volunteering in her community, Kristen enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
